Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Return Process
To request a return:- Contact our support team with your order details.
- Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue.
- Once approved, our team will provide further return instructions.
3. Return Charges
- A flat Rs. 200 deduction applies to all returned orders.
- This Rs. 200 return fee will be borne by the reseller.
- The charge may only be waived in case of a verified defect or company error.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:- The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
- The return is due to change of mind.
5. Important Notes
- All return requests are subject to approval after inspection.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
